Season 2005-6 Elite Circuit The Elite Open Circuit is the highest grade of tournaments on the domestic circuit. In the 2005-06 season it will consist of three tournaments. This level of tournament is aimed at Elite players and top county players. At the end of each season there is an Elite Open Circuit Final for the top 2 players / pairs from the circuit. Challenger Circuit The Challenger Open Circuit is a Grade B circuit and in the 2005-06 season will consist of five tournaments. This level of tournament is aimed at squad players and county players. At the end of each season there is a Challenger Circuit Final for the top 4 players / pairs from the circuit. Satellite Circuit The Satellite Open Circuit is a grade C circuit and in the 2005-06 season will consist of twenty-two tournaments. This level of tournament is aimed at league and county players. At the end of each season there is a Satellite Circuit Final for the top 4 players / pairs from the circuit. Cheshire players regularly play on this circuit. Cheshire Restricted The local county championships held in Cheshire County Sports Club, 1-2 October 2005. British University Championships The championships are held each year in November in Nottingham and used as a basis for selection of selection of English and Great Britain University teams. Welsh Senior Series A circuit of 10 events held around Wales with finals held at the end of the season for the best eight ranked in each event. These tournaments are pool events in round one and national squad players have been requested not to enter these events.
